- Deanne Riese is the eInstructor for the Office Administration Certificate. After taking a 1-year computer course, Microcomputer Management, Deanne worked for a year creating customized computer programs. She started working as Instructor Aide for the Office Education and Business Computer Programmer programs at a Technical Institute in her area. Deanne started her instructing career teaching non-credit computer night classes while working towards a Vocational Technical Education Certificate which allowed her to teach credit courses in various computer programs for 7 years. Deanne changed jobs conducting staff training for a year. She helped get Credenda up and running in 2005 by learning various programs and training and collaborating with Credenda staff. Her time was split among many duties including Registrar and Help Desk duties. She officially became the Registrar when Credenda became incorporated in September 2008. She gave up her Registrar/Help Desk duties to get back to what she enjoys most, teaching.
